Persons discharging managerial responsibilities and transactions

The following natural persons are considered to be persons discharging managerial responsibilities:

a. Any member of the administrative, management or supervisory body of the company, i.e. board members and the CEO,

b. Any person who: (i) is a senior executive; and (ii) has regular access to inside information relating directly and indirectly to the company, and (iii) has power to take managerial decisions affecting the future developments and business prospects of the Company; i.e. the management team.
