Tyranny Now Available for Purchase on Twitch

Play through a World Conquered by Evil and Support both Good and Evil Streamers

STOCKHOLM — Apr. 4, 2017 — Paradox Interactive, a prime evil publisher of games, today announced that Tyranny, the critically acclaimed role-playing game (RPG) from Obsidian Entertainment, is now available to purchase on the Twitch platform.

Tyranny, an RPG based in a world conquered by an evil overlord, is now available to purchase on Twitch, with sales revenue to be split with Twitch partnered streamers. Starting today, fans who purchase Tyranny via their favorite streamer’s channel will receive the classic-styled RPG to enjoy on Windows, Mac, and Linux PCs, plus a Twitch Crate full of exclusive rewards. 5% of the purchase price goes directly to the streamer provided he or she has opted into the program. 

Tyranny places players within a world where a brutal clash between good and evil has taken place – and evil has emerged triumphant. Players will take on the role of a high-ranking officer in the armies of Kyros the Overlord, make world-altering, morally difficult decisions that guide the fate of thousands, and find their place in a new world order. The story follows the player’s character as they interact with the populace to inspire loyalty, disgust, or fear, empowered to act as both judge and executioner.
