Acquisitions of own shares in Paradox Interactive AB (publ) 24 – 28 August 2026

Paradox Interactive AB (publ) (“Paradox”) has, during the period 24 August – 28 August, acquired a total of 190,000 own shares within the framework of the buyback program introduced by the Board of Directors on 5 August.

During the period 24 August – 28 August, shares in Paradox have been acquired as set out below.

The acquisitions are part of the SEK 200 million share buyback program. All acquisitions were carried out on Nasdaq Stockholm on behalf of Paradox by DNB Carnegie Investment Bank AB (publ). Following the above acquisitions, Paradox’s holding of own shares amounted to 500,804 as of 28 August. The total number of shares in Paradox is 105,623,025.

Since 10 August up to and including 28 August, a total of 500,804 shares have been acquired within the scope of the program. A maximum of 10,562,302 shares in total may be acquired.
